As part of the integration of Marsh Brokers Limited (MBL) with Marsh Ltd, the FSA requires that we obtain permission from MBL client policyholders to transfer client money held by MBL to Marsh Ltd, and to hold monies received following the business transfer of MBL to Marsh Ltd in October.
