What this means in practical terms is that virtually all business previously conducted under the Marsh Brokers Limited name will now be conducted under the Marsh Ltd name from the morning of Monday October 25. Thus letterheads and stationery, business unit and practice names and websites which previously had been branded Marsh Brokers Limited will now be branded Marsh Ltd. Similarly, personal data of corporate clients, directors, officers or employees or of private clients which were formerly controlled by MBL will now be controlled by Marsh Ltd., as will any future personal data of corporate clients, directors, officers or employees or of private clients provided to Marsh Ltd.

This rebranding will have no substantive impact on how clients interact with Marsh. Their current Terms & Conditions will not change and Marsh Ltd will continue to transact business with them exactly on these existing terms until their next renewal.
