Caroline Woolley

Accountants Leader, Forensic Accounting and Claims Services

Caroline heads up the Accountants division within the Forensic Accounting and Claims Services (FACS) team in Marsh Risk Consulting.

She is a Chartered Accountant and has been involved in forensic accounting since 1996. She specialises in business interruption (BI) and is responsible for the BI insurance review service, business interruption claims, fraud claims preparation, dispute resolution service and supply chain assessments within FACS.

She has handled cases of various scopes and sizes for lawyers and companies in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, North America and Australia. She has prepared expert accounting reports for defendants and claimants, and in the role of single joint expert. 

Caroline joined Marsh from the Forensic Division of BDO Stoy Hayward, but for most of her career to date, she has been on the insurer side of claims; she worked for RGL Forensic Accountants and Consultants.

Neil Greaves

Leader, Forensic Accounting and Claims Service

Neil Greaves is the head of Forensic Accounting and Claims Service (FACS) Practice in the UK, within Marsh Risk Consulting. The FACS team supports Marsh client’s with major loss management and claim preparation. 

Neil has experience in material damage, business interruption, public/ products liability and professional indemnity. He specialises in technology and telecommunications claims, both in the UK and overseas.

Neil is a chartered loss adjuster and prior to joining Marsh, he spent four years as a claim consultant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers and 15 years as a loss adjuster.
