Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser, is offering delegates to the Association of Insurance and Risk Managers (AIRMIC) conference in Edinburgh on 17 and 18 June the opportunity to benchmark their property and casualty insurance programmes against global industry data.

Each delegate will receive a unique benchmarking report, which will provide an analysis of their firm’s limits purchased, the average price per million of coverage and the average cost per $1,000 of revenue against their industry’s norms.

Marsh’s Risk Benchmarking Portal is based on a database of $41 billion in premium placements, $1.2 trillion in limits, $1.7 trillion in insured value and covers more than 20,000 individual companies of all sizes in Europe, the United States, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

This extensive database includes varied geographical benchmarking on property; casualty cost of risk, such as auto liability, general liability and workers compensation; directors’ and officers’ liability; fidelity; fiduciary liability; and employment practices liability insurance.
