Piccolomini appointed CEO of Marsh Italy

Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser, has appointed Flavio Piccolomini as CEO of Marsh Italy and Emanuele Cordero di Vonzo as General Manager.

Mr Piccolomini joins Marsh from Willis, where he was CEO for Continental Europe. Employed by Willis for 18 years, Mr Piccolomini held a variety of senior positions at the firm, including Global Head of Financial Institutions, Professional Risks and M&A in London before returning to Italy in 2004.

In his role as General Manager, Emanuele Cordero di Vonzo is responsible for Marsh’s business management and development activities in Italy. Mr di Vonzo was previously head of Marsh’s Risk Management Practice in Italy.
