A major international aerospace, defence and electronics firm had acquired a number of businesses and wanted greater consistency in its approach to business continuity planning, in order to minimise exposure to business interruption.
Marsh reviewed the firm’s existing plans and identified gaps. We then proposed a solution that involved training, tools and templates that each business could use to bring its approach up to the required standard.
The firm has greater confidence at the strategic level that it has the capabilities to recover its operations and minimise disruption if an incident were to occur.
